Earlier in 2009 we launched RakuRaku(Japanese word meaning Happy, Easy, Comfort) which is a Interactive Group Messaging Application which is converged from web and Mobile. RakuRaku is designed on the SaaS(Software as a Service) Platform & Mobile SMS platform which enables the application to be accessible from Internet and Mobile respectively.   Following are the key entities of RakuRaku grouping: Moderator: A moderator is a creator of account/s & group/s under each account. She/he heads the functions of all groups under his/her account/s. At a group level moderator can register multiple members. Account ID: A account is a distinct segment of groups which are identified based on their location, type, demographics, geography etc. A account has a independent identity & do not intersect with database of other accounts. A moderator can have multiple accounts. Member Moderator: Member moderator is a supporting moderator appointed by the original account moderator to have full or limited functionality access to defined group/s. Members: Members are registered/invited by the moderator to join groups. A member can be a part of 1 or more than 1 groups. Their functions vary as per the group type. Group: Group is a collection of members with whom the moderator wishes to start a conversation. Self group: Self group is a group mechanism where the moderator of the group has total control over structuring his/her groups, registering members and also all conversations across his/her group. Moderator bears the whole cost of sending messages to the members as he/she will manage the group structure and the conversations within the group Mutual group: Mutual group is a group mechanism where the moderator along with the members mutually agrees to share the cost of the whole group.
