Self Group

Self group is a group mechanism where the moderator of the group has total control over structuring his/her groups, registering members and also all conversations across his/her group. Here, the moderator creates his/her groups and directly registers the members by submitting the database in a csv file format.

The members are entitled to receive messages from the moderator and to                                                                                               reply to all the polls, events and Q&A                                                                                               generated by the moderator.

Moderator bears the whole cost of sending messages to the members as he/she will manage the group structure and the conversations within the group.

Case:

The parents are ‘Group Members’ and the class-teacher will be the ‘Moderator’. The moderator can create groups according to each class of say 30 students. Moderator then submits a database (CSV format) which will be then processed by us to register all the cell numbers of parents on to the moderator’s group. The school will bear the whole cost of sending messages to all the parents.

The class teacher can now send information to all the parents about an activity. The parents can thus keep track of their pupils' activity through RakuRaku. Class teachers can also conduct polls, events and QANDA sessions to take important A self group may be used by Corporates, stock brokers, internal communication of organization where the interest of messages is more for the moderator.

To start a self group
1. Register yourself www.rakuraku.com to become a moderator.
2. Login with provided password.
3. Create a group and select group type as "self".
4. Moderator can then submit a database (CSV format) of all the members you wish to be a     part of your group.
5. A confirmation message is sent to the cell numbers of members to inform them about their     membership and provide them with a password to view their accounts.
6. Now they are a part of moderator group. Moderator can now recharge the account by     selecting a suitable subscription to enjoy uninterrupted service of RakuRaku.
7. You can check log of all sent messages and individual member's responses to your polls,     events and QANDA.
8. You can enjoy all other Raku functionalities by recharging your account at any point of     time.

Mutual Group

Mutual group is a group mechanism where the moderator along with the members mutually agrees to share the cost of the whole group. We have structured a mutual group to make RakuRaku more interactive amongst group members. All get an equal opportunity to initiate conversations but the moderator can to approve the same.

The group will run on a mutually agrees cost sharing model.

A member is also entitled to send messages across the group but has to be approved by the moderator if approval option is kept "ON".

Case : Scenario of a blood bank group.

The blood bank administrator will create groups of different blood groups. The donors and recipients of the particular blood groups are invited to join the respective group which will help all to search for blood across the whole group whenever needed.

A mutual group can be used by associations, friends, schools, blood banks where the messages are in interest of both the moderators and members.

To start a Mutual group:
1. Register yourself www.rakuraku.com to become a moderator.
2. Login with provided password.
3. Create a group and select group type as "mutual"
4. Moderator can then submit a database (CSV Format) of all the members you wish to be a      part of your group OR User can also feed in the cell phone numbers of the members he      wishes to invite.
5. A confirmation message is sent on the cell numbers of the members to inform them about      their membership and provide them with a password to view their accounts.
6. Members will have to accept the registration by Sending a message:
    RAKUT JOIN [account name] [group name] [name] [message] to 57575. Each Member is     credited with 5 RAKU tickets. They will also receive their passwords to view their RAKU     account.
7. Members are a part of user’s group. Now, User can send messages to all members. 1 RAKU      ticket is deducted for every message received from Moderator.
